1. No Returns on Samples
All fragrance samples are final sale. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to process a resolution.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item received was damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as product is returned.

4. Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and tracking shows no updates, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
